Paycheck Poker
Real gross pay from real tradespeople, before taxes and deductions. Every check is anonymous, verified against a real pay stub or W-2, and ranked like a hand of cards. Every trade sits at the Big Table. Every trade has its own table too.
Deal me inWhich trade takes the pot?
Trades ranked by their typical gross check, so one big hand can't win it alone. A trade needs 3 verified hands to get ranked. Tap a trade to sit at its table.

Your card is your rank
Each check is ranked against everyone at the table you're looking at, for the same type of check. At the Big Table that's every trade. ♥ is a weekly check, ♦ is a bi-weekly check, ♠ is a full year on a W-2.

Employers ranked by real W-2s
Built from full-year W-2s. An employer shows up once 3 people from there have verified W-2s. Employers can claim their seat to add benefits and a Now Hiring button. They can never edit or hide the numbers.
Where the rookies trained
First and second year hands, grouped by the school people tagged. A school shows up once 3 of its people have verified hands.
Why you can trust the board
- Every hand is gross pay, before taxes and deductions.
- No stub, no card. Every hand is checked by hand against a real pay stub or W-2, with a one-time code in the photo so nobody can post a picture they found online.
- Stub photos are deleted after they're checked. Only the numbers stay.
- Handles only. Years in and region are shown as ranges so nobody gets picked out.
- The typical check is always shown next to the top hands, so the board never oversells a trade.
- See something that looks off? Open the hand and flag it. Flagged hands get a second look.
- Employers and schools can add their side. They can't pay to change or remove a hand.
Posting rules
- You must be 18 or older to make an account and post.
- Only post your own paycheck or W-2, and only real numbers.
- Black out your name, address, Social Security number, employee ID and any bank details before you take the photo.
- Your photo is used only to check your numbers. It's deleted after it's reviewed, whether your hand is approved or not.
- Approved hands show your handle, trade, type of check, gross amount, years-in range, region, employer type, and anything optional you chose to share. Your employer's name only shows once 3 people from that employer have verified hands, unless you choose to show it right away.
- US Trade Route can decline or remove any hand, including after it's flagged.
- You can take down any of your hands at any time from My Seat.
